This workshop item was really great I used it for a couple maps, but hasn't updated in more then two years. It needs a update to the latest version as this doesn't work with the temperate map theme either.

It doesn't appear to have very good stats; used it in my beachside town; and it was barely making nearby houses get out of the red in entertainment. Ended up replacing with Vanilla Plazas!
