This workshop item was really great I used it for a couple maps, but hasn't updated in more then two years. It needs a update to the latest version as this doesn't work with the temperate map theme either.

It doesn't appear to have very good stats; used it in my beachside town; and it was barely making nearby houses get out of the red in entertainment. Ended up replacing with Vanilla Plazas!

Im really looking for that sort of paradise feel, involving golden sand beach and a hotel near it, this is quite the thing but so small though

If only someone could make a beach district specialization.It would help tourism in your city,and make cities skyline even more realistic.
