Wake up, and smell the ashes.
Lights : red warning lights on side running to top, with two or three additional on top-surface. Not too many; subtle as possible. I'd say start from 3/4 up so aeroplanes can see and avoid.

@Nevermore2790: The Citedel doesnt really have any lights on it in HL2, but I guess maybe I could add some. I'm not really sure what is involved in updating mods for After Dark but I will look into it!
I was planning on making a whole range of City 17 style things, but the modding tools are frustratingly simplified XD
I suppose I could release an Episode 1 version as well if there is demand.
have two moniters and play with steam window opened on the second one, thats why I can answer so quickly if you were wondering
on google images, just compared the width of the citadel to the one right next to the dubaï tower and got an approximate 30x30 size. The problem is, I think it wasn't real size and someone remade a version of it which is real size so the citadel would have to be around 35x35-33x33 size! as you can see, the version you just posted would not even be half the height :( anyway, good luck and can't see what you will add :D
I tried importing the cables as a prop, but that bit of the asset editor seems broken and I never got it into the game to see how it behaves.
I wondered where you got the 30x30 number from, the game doesnt support buildings that big.
Unfortunately I had to remove the cables because they cuased the engine to get very confused when building roads nearby. Havent given up on them, but need to find a way to get them working .
