I have a mod installed that changes how many households are in low-level residential. Would this house abide by those guidelines, or does it have a hardcoded number of households? Never installed custom buildings before.

I have never had this pop with a standard grid system. I may have to try forcing it to zone with more 2x4 residential. It looks awesome though.
