@Chiller - Its just a content mod that adds to the pool of random buildings that your city will choose to populate. It does not replace any existing buildings. It is no different than other Development 1 buildings for low density commercial... just a reskin.

Ok so, what does this mod actually do for the city/population regarding business, growth, or even do a HQ with franchising.

A starbucks update on a different tile size would be awesome! Now that I can save building from upgrading with a mod, I'd love to see lots of those starbucks everywhere. Have saved Gula Burger joins on many corners from upgrading already)

2x4 is temperamental it seems... there are times when it appears, other times when some players never see it. I've heard both, but I assure you there are players who can get it to show up. This is actually good feedback to receive as a content creator. I'll probably not create another 2x4 for a while because of this. I may actually make a 2nd version of Starbucks on a different tile size.

Vehicles are not supported at this time :[ Not my rules, but literally the engine wont handle custom vehicle imports

Is it possible for you to make some public transport vehicles? I want to see the British Rail Class 390 if you could do that. :D

@UglyNUncreative I can't speak for everyone else, but I definitely have mine enabled in Content Management and haven't been able to get any of these to grow. Strangely, I can get the Down'n'Out Burger to grow just find and usually end up with like half a dozen of those. But never any Sherlock's Coffees at all. It's weird.

With all the mods I keep seeing I'm surprised there hasn't been a "quick stop" or "mooby's fast food" as an homeage to Clerks.
