It'd be great if this gets updated for AD.

it has such a simple design and yet it is one of my very favorite residential buildings. it's just a pity that it doesn't have a good lod. maybe some of the other modders could "fix" it.

For my preference it isn't the most asthetically pleasing, but it still looks nice. Also I like the size and shape of the building. These would be perfect if they only spawned near the coastline as they remind me of buildings you would see in oceanfront tourist cities like Miami or San Jaun. Thanks for your work! Thumbs up.

Just a question, this model replaces one already existent in the game, or is it just added? Nicely done by the way :)
