I am getting a warning for this: "Assets that were not found: dog-park-sign - Notice: workshop asset references private asset, seems like asset bug?"
Any idea where I can get the missing asset?

mmh, strange, but that must be a bug with the game. This building worked perfectly since I published it. None of the errors reported make any sense considering it is a low poly building

Your mod has some serious issues that can crash the game:

LOD has no base: Emerald Plaza_Data [Core]
Mesh.vertices is too large. A mesh may not have more than 65000 vertices.
Mesh.normals is out of bounds. The supplied array needs to be the same size as the Mesh.vertices array.
Mesh.tangents is out of bounds. The supplied array needs to be the same size as the Mesh.vertices array.
Mesh.uv is out of bounds. The supplied array needs to be the same size as the Mesh.vertices array.
Mesh.colors is out of bounds. The supplied array needs to be the same size as the Mesh.vertices array.
Failed setting triangles. Some indices are referencing out of bounds vertices.

I had problems with the texture too before figuring it out. Turns out the game generates a texture for the LOD, which can work well sometimes, and horribly the rest of the time. You need to create a texture named like this to override the game texture generation : yourModel_lod_d.png (or jpg). "lod" must be lowercase here for the game to understand it.

Excellent submission. I have problems with LOD with my buildings. I know that I have to create second low poly model, but the texture is always somehow messed up for me. How did yo do it ?
