a suggestion for this one:
recycle this as a building surrounded by a small park, but making it as big as a palace or train station, so it can be looked from a bigger distance. imo, it could work for turists, or as a scientific center for students.

Would it be possible to reduce the number of tris (currently 15146) in the model? It's almost twice as big as most of my other props. Also, could you create a LOD with <100 tris?

Vedldor: Sure! I think that people will also need to download this prop for it to work properly. Not 100% sure though.

danw7000: It is a Prop that can be placed in your own custom assets, like parks and building plots. Not directly accessible while playing - you'll need to be working in the Asset Editor. It'll show up in the Parks tab under Park Equipment.
