All this looks so cool! Thanks for making all this, I've always wanted a Medieval city builder!
I think if its not too difficult you should try to get people to help.
I think it would be cool to have everything replaced by medieval things :D
Though that might be too difficult to replace all models and my thought of changing vehicles to horses and carts may be way off and difficult.
But anyways keep up the good work :D

I like the old, ruined walls. Is there any way to make them work better on slopes? Some assets (waterfront walkways) extend down which would maybe allow us to make hill-side castles and fortified old towns.

Looks great man, and I agree with Sakujo. Maybe like how the roads have upgrades with trees and grass, you could make a road a dirt pavement or something like that? You could also make some industrial buildings into a windmill or small farm or something.

I was just about to say the same thing as Francis244. If you make the walls a new road type, then you can easily connect, have higher/lower sections, and give much more flexibility.

Look at the "dikes" road in the "Some Roads" mod, they would give you a good starting point.

Oh, and great work, BTW!

You have great potential and maybe should stick with someone together to push out more buildings (or make them all by yourself) and you could creat some kind of total conversation to make an all medieval town. At least this would be very cool :)

Hey I am changing from Blender to 3DS max today so I will be taking a few days to learn the new interface and hopefully I can start putting out better models next week.

I have stated this a few times why its under power suply. I put it there for conveniece of use but I can try to see if I can get it to work under any other group while still easy to use. I will reduce the price.
Sakujo Mar 22, 2015 @ 11:59am
@Migeli please make it like that. I don't want to have flying walls :/
Could you remove it from power supply also It would be nice if you can reduce the costs. It's just decoration so far. It shouldn't be so expensive. Thank you for this wall mod :)

@Libabycat the only way i can make the items interact with the ground better is by increasing the tile size which i can do but i started off small for maximum options but if its cousing problen i will increase it to almost cover the full building.
Sakujo Mar 22, 2015 @ 9:21am
Nice I will use it as some kind of old castle pieces around my city. As tourist attraction or so

This is a really neat idea. I hope you keep updating your assets as you come up with new ideas. The pedestrian path idea is one you really could benefit from implementing. Keep up the awesome work!
Lilbabycat Mar 22, 2015 @ 7:03am
is there any way to make the objects sit lower under the surface? I want to place pieces on slopes for decorative purposes but end up seeing underneath the edges of the assets no matter how I try to spin it / cover it with trees
MikaelSeidler  [author] Mar 22, 2015 @ 2:27am
Eventually thats what i would like to make them into but right now I have no idea how to make it work that way.
Francis244 Mar 20, 2015 @ 10:05am
Just tried the walls out, fantastic stuff!

I am not sure if this is possible, don't know the ins and outs of these custom assets, but would it be possible to repurpose the walls as elevated pedestrians paths? That way you'd be able to see people walking on them, and also it would be easier to connect walls if they worked like the pedestrian paths? Just a cool idea I had! Love it anyway, thank you!

you'll be the beginnings of a total style reskin good stuff
Meensai Mar 19, 2015 @ 5:12pm
Amazing that somebody's already working on that, thank you very much and keep up the good work! :)
