Whenever I hear someone go prone and when they move around on the ground (not the player), the sound is ridiculously ear-raped. I don't know if it's a mod conflict, because it seemed to work to the best of my knowledge for awhile until today when it started happening. I don't know if it's intentional or not.

My ears are obliterated by what I imagine are the screams of the damned every time I crawl. Going prone makes the voice clips slow, low, and distorted. Snd_restart does not fix this.
