theres a "bug" where dark carnival first chapter, at the motel, the doors and windows turns totally black or reflect unknow lighting, not allowing to see inside the rooms :c

I wonder what this had done to break Source's room culling range. Maybe it reuses a specific water texture to mask unrendered map geometry? But which one? That is the million-dollar question that Source-Spaghetti forces us to deal with.

To anyone present here, please do note that this is unoptimized. You will most definitely experience lag if water in a map has been place haphazardly and there's a lot going on.

I'm playing The Passing when the water is so pink my eyes got turned into a hell hole of burning.

I was also wondering why people were complaining about his addon until one time it just ♥♥♥♥ itself. The addon keeps ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and unshitting itself, so personally I wouldn't get it... Somebody else PLEASE make the same thing without bugs and support!

People who are wondering if this addon is buggy or not... yes... yes it i and it's very inconsistent because sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't... In my opinion, it's not worth subscribing for a little more reflections. However, if anyone knows the original addon plz link it below.

I don't have any crash with this mod. But even playing with only this mod in, after verifying game integrity and reinstalling the game, there's some bugs. Nothing too dramatic, but still. Thankfully no bugs found currently while using this addon so you're okay to use this.

To people who says there is bug please make sure you did the following before commenting:
1. Try removing other HD mods since these mod cause the game to crash
2. Verify the game integrity
3. If above step does not work, reinstall the game

Enhanced Water Reflection enhances reflections, where as the mod you linked provides, and improves clarity - not reflection.

cant use flashlight in the water

I had to remove the following .vtf files to fix this:
water_c5m1_flow
water_c5m4_flow
water_c5m5_flow

Reflective water is nice and all but not being able to see in or out of rooms at most angles can really ruin the game. If you want nice water, use an enb.
