i think this is historical. They are all effectively greeks, and just because they wouldn't in history didn't mean they couln't.

Do I need any diplomatic ties to confederate? So far while playing as Sparta, I haven't seen the option to confederate with Athens, Knossos or Epirus. Am warring with Macedon so can't check that faction.

Thanks, I found out the reason was because we were both Hellenic factions. Out of curiousity, why did you decide to not add Pontus under those who could confederate into league; since it is Hellenic?

this mod is not tested in mutliplayer, thus i cannot help you.

Hey Everyone, For some reason in muliplayer head to head campaign it is not listing the option to confederate. Any ideas? It works in my single player campaign (Yes, this is a new multiplayer campaign).

i play as Makedonia and cant confederate with Seleukidai , Egypt and Baktria..and i can with Sardes?...The royal houses of all Succesors were Hellenes and are of the same blood..

I have this mod, yet in my Athens campaign I do not have the option to even ask Sparta into a confederation. Why might this be?

can u please fix the cultural aversion of makedon (only when playing as makedon)....its stuck to -30 with all hellenic factions.....maybe its a bug dont know but when put this mod on i found out and now cant delete the error(delete all mods, verifyed , subscribed again nothing happens)..please see if u can find a trick...

Hellenistic means everything is Hellenic..always beleive what the founder of the word means...WE mean everything under Hellenic spirit ..and Illiryans were related to Hellenes as ancient historians say...Thrice....we call ourselves Hellas since we begun to speak this language(25.000 bc -15.000) when the king of Attica was Ogygos....We do not can ourselves greeks...and we never did...Greeks is the name Romans gave us after the fall of Hellas...if u see my identity it says Hellenic Republic, not Greek republic...and my dads grandfather's identity who lived in Smyrne(modern turkey) says Ελληνική Ιθαγένεια-Ελληνική Υπηκοότητα(Hellenic nationality-Hellenic citizenship) 1874.....and when they moved to Hellas after the destruction of Smyrne at 1922 his papers say Hellenic Kingdom...so even the turks dont call us Greeks the call us Yunan(Ionians) its the population found when the conquered Asia Minor from us....We are Hellenes and we dont mean Greek-like

Yea you can upload a video with it no problem. I used PackFileManager to create the mod, there are some pretty good tutorials on youtube if youre interested.

well technically if we are going to break it down, Hellas = Greek istic = like, so it only means "Greek-like", while those classified as Greek are true greek states. Also I'm lazy and haven't updated this mod in like a year.

Hellas = Greece tho right? I know that you said in the game they are different , but can you make it , can you imagine how cool could it be
to make a conf with like giant chunk of the map , because they irl (greeks) had giant influence and made many colonies not just in current "Greek state territory" , if you can please make it happen i want to make a video on it too do i have your permission?

Hellenistic is technically different than "Greek" according to the game. Hellenistic is a much larger culture, while greek is a sub-cutlure of Hellenistic.

pontus is hellenistic tho

everything used in the mod is based on what the developers of the game flagged as "greek", all I did was change the flags for whether or not they are allowed to confederate.

ardiaei are not greeks they are illirians

Colchis is a hellenic colony state as well.
