cs:s textures are good at making american style enviroments and interiors, not everyone wants to use eastern european themed enviroments

Can't, since that requires replacing all CS:S textures with either custom content or HL2 base textures, and stuff, and I really don't wanna touch how the buildings were textured anyways.
