There's an issue that prevents updating mods right now. Just activate it anyways. It will work. I'll update as soon as paradox have resolved the issue.

@Ihavenobrain24: You can use it in multiplayer, even if no one else does. That goes for all mods that don't change checksum.

Just wondering,does this require everyone in a MP game to have the mod,or can it just be done on individual clients?
