Yes, I know... the armor uses the wolf armor mesh. If I had the ability to make a unique mesh for the armor I would have.

Even if you dont check this, this armor was already in the game. Its called "Wolf Armor"

Help "Kodlak's Key" Will bring up the key's ID. Sorry about the key not appearing. I have no idea how to make the game retroactively give you the key : /

I just used the word lock

It's on the table at the end of Kodlak's bed. If you've already completed the Companions' Questline before downloading this, you'll have to use the console to get the key.

I can't seem to find the key.
chicken, give me tendies, reeee! Jan 22, 2015 @ 1:33pm
I'm sorry.
And I like how it's actually kind of semi-lore-friendly

That's fine. My mod isn't terribly original. You didn't have to be such a prick about it, though.

I wasn't trying to be destructive, I was trying to be constructive.
It's just that there are way too many "First mod!!1!!" kiddies who just alter some numbers, upload without any screenshots, and say "Look at my super-useful and original OP god gear you can find it in Helgen". It's like they don't even try.
I know the process of retexturing, and if I was even slightly talented in the arts of making cool-looking textures, I would gladly provide one for this.
I have made several -especially in comparison to mentioned god-gear-mods- original mods and I have recently started editing magic effects in NifSkope.
I'm not trying to talk down to you, Maarkus, but I think I do have some skills&experience to even make such a comment.

No problem, was just asking to be sure.. Thanks.
Scott Maus  [author] Jan 20, 2015 @ 2:46pm
Sorry if I confused you.

I should learn to read better.... Starting the companion's questline beforehand won't keep you from getting it. All the mod changes is the glory of the dead quest.
Strigoi Blood-River Jan 20, 2015 @ 2:34pm
Can one subscribe to this mod once the Companions questline has begun? Or should it be subscribed to before beginning the Companions questline?

Why would anybody bother talking s*** to anybody who takes the time and effort to create mods?
McBook, that's why we have the little thing called "choice", you don't have to like the mod, just move on. But to condescend when someone is attempting to improve peoples' gameplay is a ♥♥♥♥ thing to do.
I sincerely hope you are an avid mod-maker and have the skills & experience to even be making comments, if not, you've no ground to stand upon my friend and I assure you, your silence far supercedes anything you may have to say.
Cheers.

You can make the other "unique" armors in game, especially the ones from the guilds.
I made this to fit in with the vanilla game. Originally the gloves would apply an effect to you to increase power attack damage. Is that unique enough?

Because I totally couldn't make this armor in-game.
Make something unique, be creative, try again
