I fully understand @CitiesSkyliner - that build is really, really beautiful. However I would most humbly invite you @norlin.martin to reconsider some adjustments (i.e. making almost similar patterns really similar for reusing and 2K version), just to make it more akin to your other fantastic creations.

Yeah, it's the 4k texture. You see, the patterns on the walls look similar, but they don't actually repeat, meaning I couldn't reuse them much at all, and had to lay out the entire facade in the texture (normally I can exploit symmetries and recurring patterns.) This means the texture will either be large or look bad. I tried 2k texture, but it looked a bit worse. The lod is well optimized, though, and only 128x128. So unless you are low on RAM/VRAM it shouldn't be an issue, I think. But I could make a 2k version if there is a demand for it, and if you ask very nicely :P
