Good level! Love the visuals. Some small notes about the gameplay:
Owl counting should only be on -xx-xx rows
Burn beats start on the first pulse of a SVT, not on the hit
That electric effect is for a specific mechanic that uses freetime beats to emulate the 1-X and 1-XN stuttering
The gameplay is a little desynced from the music at the end
