Make sure to check easing, check the playback modes, make sure the mode is on absolute and make sure to check anything that may interfere.
What I mean is this: I'm tryna make a Scene where a Car crashes into a bunch of Barricades and the Barricades go flying. The Problem: No matter what Setting I choose or what I do beforehand, as soon as I press the Button to activate the Recording, all the Barricades go flying before the Car hits them. Everything happens all at once, not in the Order they happened.
And Other times, for no apparent Reason, everything happens in Order. Like moving Props or driving Vehicles. I dunno why.
I got no Idea if I'm being dumb or am doing Something wrong, or if there just isn't any Option yet to let the Things play out in Order.
What I also don't understand is why I can't use the same Keybind for multiple Recordings, meaning I can't be able to play multiple at once with the press of a single Button.
The idea is:
default it is like normal, like now,
but then there'll be options like record single entity you shoot at,
and also an option to record all the entities in a selected radius
Unpause In Reverse (when unpausing, it will resume playback but it will go in reverse from where it left off instead of forwards)
Freeze On Pause (freezes recorded entities on pause as opposed to simply letting them drop)
And for the BIGGEST feature of them all, expanded support greatly!
It works with more modded content universally, such as JMod entities, Drones Rewrite and Glide vehicles were tested and they work!
Glide vehicles even get their wheels and engine sounds recorded, but flying vehicles dont get their propellers and sounds recorded (at least not yet) but they still can be recorded/replayed flying just fine!
I consider this to be a huge addition, have fun everyone, and most importantly, all of these features work on dedicated servers as well!
Made activation modes work on dedicated servers!
All activation modes are now compatible with all loop modes!
Teleport activation mode's teleport speed/frequency is now influenced by playback speed!
Added pause/unpause feature! Just go up to a playback box and press ALT + E (or whatever you have as your Walk key and Use key respectively) on it.
New icon added to playback box labels, now when a playback box is paused, it will show a paused icon in the place where the playing/stopped icon would be.
Added a way to add a remote keybind to pause/unpause in the toolpanel!
Play/Reset (default, starts playback on first interaction, resets playback on subsequent interactions)
Play/Stop (starts playback on first interaction, and can toggle the playing or stopping of the playback after the first interaction, when playback is stopped, the recorded entities are snapped to the final destination of the animation)
Forwards/Backwards (on first ever interaction it places entities at start, and subsequent interactions will toggle the playback direction of the animation, only supports no loop mode at the moment)
Forwards/Backwards (Start/Stop) (same as forwards/backwards but while it runs the playback can be stopped, only supports no loop mode at the moment)
Teleport (Teleports the recorded entities between the recording's start and end positions, only supports no loop mode at the moment)
Added playing/stopped icon on playback boxes' labels!
Added activation modes! (They don't support dedicated servers yet though)
