Thanks for the feedback Operator Nethaneel [CAG]. I can't seem to recreate the issue as I'm able to change out their kits the same as the vanilla CIA team. I have made a few updates though so it's possible that resolved it before I could catch it for myself.

That said if you're still having the issue and want to give me more info on how to recreate I would be happy to investigate further.

the blackops guys are just wearing the same kit in game and cannot be changed...other than that annoying thing, its a good mod
