I hope you keep working on the mod- just know that modern historians believe that the western Hemisphere contained anywhere between 90 million and 240 million people in the year 1491- depending on which figure you go with- the Americas were likely the most populated place on Earth in 1491. It's thought that 95% of these people died from indirect exposure to European disease WITHIN 50 YEARS of Europeans arriving in the Americas (people in Alaska were getting small pox 150 years before seeing a white person- the diseases were carried by birds and through the VERY EXTENSIVE RIVER SYSTEMS which allowed people in Atlantic Canada and Mainland BC to trade with each other and as far south as Columbia). If you don't do your research you are going to bastardize the Americas. Maybe skip?
I'm new to modding, but I humbly offer you any help that I could give with the project.
You don't need to apologize for this taking a long time, you have to create A LOT, and it seems like you're doing this by yourself, it's only natural that it'd take a while. Just take your time, and take a break if you need to so as to not suffer burnout.
I’ve been putting a ton of time into this project, and it’s moving forward — but it’s a huge task, and I can’t finish it alone. If you’d like to see it grow faster and get polished sooner, your support makes a big difference. Even a small donation helps keep the work going strong.
