Can you confirm if this is something specific to the vanilla game? It's never happened to me before.
- Sometimes, the game crashes unexpectedly due to other mods (at high floors). When I return to my run, the floor level resets to x1, and I have to manually adjust it in the settings, skipping floors. (Optional)
- Could there be an option to increase the multiplier in Greed Mode by 1 instead of 2?
- The other thing is about the third-frame option for Delirium. It could be an option in the settings (as long as it doesn't cause problems), since I wouldn't mind if the regeneration was removed (+30k HP with regeneration is a bit absurd). This is all because the Eternal mod will no longer receive updates.
And well, I saw the Eternal code earlier, and it needs some formatting. I have nothing else to add for now. You've created an excellent mod. Muchas muchas gracias.
The Ultra Greedier issue has been fixed.
As for Repentance Eternal Edition — well, that one made me chuckle a bit.
At line 12533 of its code, it forcibly sets Eternal Delirium ’s HP and MaxHP to 11111 on the second frame after spawning.
You can also notice that its "High HP regeneration" trait (healing 10 × n HP per second) only works when its MaxHP equals 11111.
I could technically write a special compatibility patch to increase its HP (and MaxHP) on the third frame,
but that would break its special behavior, as mentioned above.
So for now, I’ll leave it as is.
(i) Also, their code’s "readability" is something else — no indentation, no structured formatting.
I’m genuinely grateful my IDE didn't crash.
Another thing (and I don't know if it can be fixed) is that I play Repentance Eternal Edition , and the only boss this mod doesn't work with is Eternal Delirium. The regular Delirium works correctly, but Eternal Delirium always stays at 11111 HP (the +HP notification even appears in red), but his HP doesn't change.
Anyway, the first point is the most important.
Actually, the mod affects all enemies , not just bosses or minibosses.
By default, the HP scaling popup only shows up for boss-type enemies , which might make it seem like the effect is limited, but the health increase is applied globally.
You can change this behavior via the settings (for example, to always show the popup or hide it completely) if you’re using Mod Config Menu Pure .
