@代价 Do you use a mod manager for GOH? I use MrCookie's Mod Manger as I had issues with some mods conflicting and adjusting them in the load order in Mod Manger fixed most of them.

When using the mod that increases troops, no error will be reported, but only one of them will be loaded. Is there any solution

That is way beyond my ability, I have no idea how any of that works all I did was write this but for all nations.

"usa ger" "ger usa"
"usaf fin" "fin usaf"
"uk uk" "uk uk"
That merely tells the game which nations can fight each other

I Think we need more Nation like Belgium , Norway and romania . But it's a great mod right now

This is probably way too much work beyond the scope of this mod, but have you thought of making more custom faction groupings like valour has? Not crazy ones but just like, UK USAF France, US+USAF, etc. Awesome mod regardless!
