theres a 60% chance for open fracture by default, you can change that

i personally do not see a reason to have a "sometimes the mod purposefully doesnt work" feature, so i would remove it, but even then if there is a reason to keep that, you could make the option for it uncategorized/hidden so its not always obnoxiously in your face and annoying

this is the only bad stain on this mod, otherwise i think its great and shouldve been a vanilla thing
