When I use this mod ,some functions of UI Overhaul Dynamic was broken.(large UI cannot work ,the size is as large as the normal condition) :(

@Мохель Should have been fixed.For saves before update you can type"effect start_situation = { type = cwis_situation_crisis_5 }" in console to start that situation manually.

That is something that can (probably) be fixed with a compatibility patch from a mod manager like irony.

Just from looking at their perks I think the crises in this mod are quite underpowered, too many of them are just "Galactic Nemesis but worse" - If anyone wants to recommend a good Crisis from this mod feel free to reply.

@Мохель There are multiple things you should be aware of:
1st - Compatibility with other mods outside the modjam cannot be ensured given the very limited timespan within which the crisis paths had to be created, so it would be prudent to test it as a standalone without other mods involved to avoid such issues.
2nd - The modjam is an event which encourages everyone to partake, including people who may not have modded Stellaris before - so varying degrees of polish and quality between the final crisis paths is to be expected
3rd - As before mentioned the time constraint for this project adds another limiting factor to how much you can achieve compared to other mods which could have been created over the course of many months

@is3mru4ma I'm currently finishing the second game, where I tried to take Culture Derouting Weapon as a crisis path. The first time I thought it was a mod issue and disabled most of it. But when I go to crisis level 1 (it's the highest here), nothing else happens. I tried running decrees, all spy missions - nothing works. And not a single icon is displayed in the menu for this crisis, just identical animated icons. In addition, the game does not consider me a crisis and offers to choose additional vanilla crisis paths (I have not tried choosing this way, I think nothing good will come of it). I am very disappointed with this and do not recommend it to anyone

@StrangeAeons Malthus explained most of it. Its a bit rough around the edges. For example system taint also counts for planets who have an active taint situation. System tootltip ( the modifier from nebulas and storms in the bottom) dont really support dynamic modifiers, so its hard to tell what taint level the system has.

Hope I can improve this system in the future, but MJs have a time constraint. If you have more questions let me know.

@Malthus Awesome thank you, it appeared a little bugged, i removed the taint weaver and put it back on the starbase and it suddenly changed into the nebula so it all worked out. Just finished the full crisis path, it is excellent :)

@StrangeAeons Your shardworld is immune to the shrouding effect and will not be lost to it no matter the corruption. When it comes to the system effect and whether or not you can see the current value i am unsure. Tree was working on this entire complex. I'll let him know about your question, so he can give a more detailed answer.
What I take from the script is that there are hidden situations running which progress through the taint but also have a decay value meaning if it stops receiving more taint it can also go back again. If there is enough taint level the system should get a nebula effect and can even spread to neighboring systems.

@malthus couple theophany things 1. Love it, its beautiful.
2. Is there a way to tell the tain level in a system? Ive had a taint weaver running on a starbase for a while and it hasn't changed the system at all or indicated a change aside from making 17 veiled entities.
3. I build a shroud piercer on the shard world (then got scared because I didn't know what'd happen if I shrouded the planet) turned it off when taint hit about 70% but it wont decrease taint on passive decay, only on active containment

@A Cat: Technically, all black holes are the same size, a single point in space (aka the singularity). You're referring to the event horizon that gets larger with mass, which is not a physical part of the black hole itself, just an artifact of how light behaves.

honestly architect of ruin is so very much overpowered the benefits it gives are literally game ending and they have a habit of happening a lot like i got 1 every month for 6 months straight 50k unity or maxed out resources is just too much i went from the weakest empire to the strongest in like 5 minuets

Fun fact: The radius of a black hole scales with mass. That means they get less dense the more mass that is added!
