Looking further at the code I see why the Far Bulwar highway doesn't work. I will be fixing it and other bugs soon.

Looks good. I'll be sure to give it a try the next time I play in the region.

My one humble suggestion though is to use a good LLM to make the loc text for you if creative writing isn't your thing. Feeding Claude the existing flavor text and telling it to make some more for the new roads is cheap, easy, and the results are pretty good, if a bit too wordy most of the time.

Anyways, editing down LLM text is a lot easier than grappling with the blank slate.
