这是最近更新的效果，目前升级可提升装备者的最大生命值(如果有的话)
每升一级最大生命值加5。

Here is the effect of the recent update: The current upgrade can increase the maximum HP (Health Points) of the equipment wearer (if applicable).
Each level-up adds 5 to the maximum HP.

It would definitely help with making it more useful in the end game, perhaps every 5 levels or so it could get a planar damage increase or something along those lines?

No, it doesn't. I haven't made any changes to the planar damage.

Does this weapon do planar damage at all?
