I think i've solved. I even installed the network anarchy. Tanks to both for the help @Dimensional One @Shomudi.

@Balovino Shomudi beat me to it... lol Those two work together to make it possible. With Network Anarchy you can also turn off the COLLISION button which helps in many situations like crossing roads that you can then use network multitool to join the two...

Beyond that I couldn't possibly think of what might help. Best of luck.

@Baldovino Trevisano if you still have this problem, then use the " Network Anarchy " mod with Anarchy on (ctrl A).

@Dimensional One I am using the Prop Control mod by Algernon wich includes all of the mods you have cited.

And i had the prop anarchy on. Any ideas?

@Balovino Trevisano
More than likely all you need to do is turn on Prop Anarchy and you can place it inside the footprint of most any growable or ploppable asset. Like with any zonable building placing any asset inside the colored tiles would destroy the growable building... UNLESS you turn off collision in Anarchy sometimes or have some kind of PROP ANARCHY MOD

I suggest:

Prop Anarchy by Bloody Penguin
Prop snapping by Bloody Penguin
Prop precision by SamsamTS
Prop line tool by Algernon

AND ANY DEPENDENCIES FOR THESE

With this collection I find I have zero compatibility issues

So I have to build the parking and then move it around, for example, a zonable building?

Cause i tried to build i normallu but it demolished the house.
Shomudi  [author] May 30 @ 2:04am
@Baldovino Trevisano you don't need Anarchy.
But I recommend using the "Move It" mod so you can place the parking exactly where you want.

It is necessary to use an anarchy mod to place this building correctly?

@Dimensional One thank you :)

Great idea. Fills a gap most of us don't realize we need, until we wish we had it.

@truffleshuffle Glad to hear :)

Love it! Great "excuse" for me to leave more room between my streets.

@State of Kenfortucky there are plenty of 4x1, 3x1, 2x1 parking lots in the workshop.
You can search (for example) "parking 4x1".
Just need to check they don't come with tourists, entertainment, maintenance cost, etc.

If you want parking for a 3X3 or 4X4 building, check my other L-Shaped parking lots:
Simple L-Shaped parking
Decorated L-Shaped parking

I enjoy using these, can you make some with parking in front of the lot, like 1x1, 2x1,3x1, and 4x1 which would be great for the front of the lot space. Also I noticed most res,ind, and commercial lots go up to 4x4,it would be perfect. Can you also make some rundown lots with these. Thanks again.
