There must be a sound file iin the Weapon addon. This mod only include the sound of the weapon so if its not workin with other weapon mods then there must be a another sound mod wich creates an error. Most weapon mods have own created sounds like reloading or other sounds. The best way is to open the VPK from the weapon mod and have look inside if it has a sound file included.

I crated other weapon skin mods and its working fine with them.

Ohh i saw the Problem i fixed it let me know if its Woorking.

When I use this mod, it changes the textures of the weapons, bile jar and medkits to the ones shown in the video.

I dont know bro ich play with lots of mods and its working fine for me.
