Can you make a mod were when a Tank spawns it summons an horde with him?

There is exploit where Nick can say the n word hard r by using 2 or 3 voicelines. Not exactly sure what they are because when it happens im too focused on typing !ban nick.. Would be wonderful if a modder could create vscript to detect voiceline n-bombs and then ban that person (Local server of course). Idk anything about coding ;3
