snekkie you can try NY_city, metropolis, gm hightechcity, gm novenka, gotham (a few variations), world trade center, gm atomic, gm balkans, gm fork

or you can extract the addon and then u can make it for everyone in one of the files

@janto, you can use ULX for that. there's a command to make others admins or even superadmins with that. just type in ULX menu once you have it

im working at my other project currently but in a span of a couple of days i think i will finish the update
