@Fell Mor Talos does mean Stormcrown in old ehlnofex. But its unclear if its his given name since his given name may be Hjalti as is written in the heresy, and stated by a ghost in Skyrim. That aside characters in universe DO use Storm crown as a title such as the "stormcrown interregnum" or when Heimskr says "Let me show you the power of Talos Stormcrown, born of the North, where...", but more clearly when the Greybeards greet you and say "Lingrah krosis saraan Strundu'ul, voth nid balaan klov praan nau." which translates roughly to "Long has the Storm Crown languished with no worthy brow to sit upon". I had to cut the quotes very short, but atleast the Greybeards directly use "Stormcrown" as a title or mantle packaged with Ysmir dragon of the North.

@Jthetrain Tiber Septim's given name "Talos" just means "Stormcrown" in Ehlnofex. Its just his name, not a title.

Similar to the Iberian struggle or the Iranian Intermezzo

It probably adds a CK3 Struggle mechanic to Cyrodiil.

Does anyone know what Struggle for Cyrodiil does specifically?

О, давно ждал чего-то такого. Наконец-то что-то интересное внесётся в центр Тамриеля

Also king in this sense is gender neutral, because we dont have a word for queen in Ayleidoon.

So to replace "the conquistador" I recommend a nickname like "the Cyrod" (kind of plain but representing the characters dominion over all united cyrodiil like reman/alessia did) or better yet something like "Varla-ran"/ "the Varla-ran", meaning "Star-king" in Ayleidoon (you can see for reference the UESP wiki on Ayleidoon). The reason I think the Ayleid title is the best fit is because it was used by both Reman/Alessia in their nicknames/titles, and is representative of ancient cyrodiilic traditions. Just something worth considering, would definitely add some roleplay flavor, since any monarch trying to legitimize or justify their reign over cyrodiil would lean into these parallels to past empires.

I agree that conquistador doesn't fit as a nickname. But then again conqueror is just Conquistador in english and isnt much better. A name reminiscent of the lore would fit better. For example, Alessia was titled things like Paravant (means first), el-estia, queen-ut-cyrod, and queen of stars. Reman was called light of man, styled himself as "Cyrodiil come". Tiber Septim was Stormcrown, the red king, Ysmir dragon of the north. Pelinal was the star-made knight. Aside from Tiber septim 2 of the initial conquerors or restorers of cyrodiil had nicknames related to the ayleid name for the land "Cyrod": queen-ut-cyrod/cyrodiil come. They also both (+pelinal) had names that had star imagery or were related to light: "light of man", "queen of stars".

Tbh, there should be some unique nickname for it. Conquistador just doesn't fit, make it just conqueror or something else, maybe "Unifier", "Restorer" I dunno.

I'm trying to end the struggle with the interregnum option. The only box not ticked in the requirements is "You hold and Completely Control any De Jure Kingdom of Cyrodiil (1/1)". It acknowledges that I completely hold a kingdom but the box is not ticked and I cant click to end the struggle? I tried the Reunification struggle ending as well, which does work.
