what is the exact command to modify the time, scale and tp options?

This is super cute! Would it be possible to add in a couple settings to make certain options default or not choosable as an option? Such as making a default time it lasts, or if it defaults to tp/casual. In particular, I would like an override for the scale function, so that can't be scaled past a certain value (or at all). If you scale it to the max, it covers way too much of the screen, which is not good if someone sets the timer to something more than a few seconds.
