Could you please recreate or kinda remaster an old deleted gmod horror map called placeofhorrors since i never really got a chance to play it because it got deleted and the map is very old and i would love to see a recreation of it with better textures and stuff.
Heres the link to a video of someone playing the map .https://youtu.be/fABZfUMQP-M?si=ycsIheWzuTQ93hhX
this map isnt really the best quality
but you have amazing horror map making skills ive played a lot of ur maps
and if you could make a remaster of this map it would be awesome.
just lemme know what u think about this idea
I tried this "remaster" and I’m impressed: unlike most linear horror/story maps, yours relies on exploration, survival and varied atmospheres thanks to the backrooms mechanics.
Story-wise, using the modern backrooms lore (M.E.G, etc.) is an interesting choice, though I personally preferred the original concept.
As expected, difficulty is high: I played the map on coop gamemode (where solo death resets the whole run), reached lvl 0–6 + 188 and FUN on my first try.
Only issue: when exiting to another level, entities from the previous one sometimes camp at the entrance, leading to insta-KO if you go back. Probably less problematic in multiplayer.
10/10, will try to go further soon
What is the music on level 5?
