Yes so it is the black powder FX thank you so much for helping ivnfreitas777!!!!! i placed it down near the objective and it has worked every time! Sorry it has been awhile since my last response. Hopefully this helps others with my same issue!

Yes it works every once in a while but thank you a ton for the info. You're a wonderful project creator and I have a lot of respect for you. I tried unsubscribing and verifying game files and it worked only after I changed the cloud amount in the editor mode. Then after a while it stopped working. I will try what you suggested and let you know! 👍

Dear brenlotr12, it works fine for me, anyway if it's not working for you, try this: in your mission editor add the black powder effect that's in the project nations package anywhere on the map, as if it were an object itself, don't worry if you don't see anything, just an empty arrow, there shouldn't be anything at all, since it's a muzzle effect, this isn't what I would like as a solution but it works as a remedy for that.

Or a problem I appreciate you getting back to me so soon! If I figure out something about it I will get back to you on how I see it running. It worked for me the other day beautifully with a smaller amount of troops on the field so maybe that's why.

You know, I suspect this happens because it's not part of the vanilla game, and maybe the game system takes a while to reflect or something, but unfortunately I don't know how to improve this.

Why sometimes do i see smoke while shooting the black powder rifles and sometimes not? It is a beautiful feature and really would love to know how to fix it.

@Hexagoros the Lebel is a DLC weapon not from the mod. 8 is often loaded because the ammunition came in packages of 8, 4 of them go in the front pouches then 4 more in the back pouches/coat pockets. I think it might've been doctrine just to load from the packages then top up when necessary?

Also, the Lebel 1886 holds 10 rounds. Eight in its tube magazine, one in the elevator, and one in the chamber. In-game, however, it only holds 8.

Any possible way we can get the RSC 1917 yet? There have been some other mod authors who have successfully done semi-auto rifles, so it can definitely be done somehow!

Yes, as the comment below confirms what I said is true about weapon pack removal from the workshop can cause missions to be broken. And if Ivan you are Russian or you like Russians you are not my friend and you yourself need a permanent treatment.

Sometimes when a mod is removed from the workshop it breaks a mission-author's ability to open up a mission that utilizes it in the mission-editor, meaning it can't be changed (and their mission is thus permanently broken).

I advocate for mod authors to simply add new content and make their old stuff "invisible" in the workshop, rather than deleting it, since that can have game-breaking effects on users. I know personally I've had some missions go into an unfixable status because of their reliance on mods that get deleted by their authors.

If you were and you just removed it, instead of unlisting it, then you broke my several missions, many days of work. Curse you for that, either you or the one who did that, because of mission editor glitch I cannot repair that, so curse the developer as well.
