atleast it's better than hands that were before the recent-ish update for this mod, when the hands were bigger than the freakin' guns, that's just the side effects of porting CS:S weaponry onto :gmod:Mod, i just scaled the hands down.

not to complain but the hands look way too contorted on a lot of hl2 models (xm1014 / m3 are good examples) is it just a bug?

Ironsights are not compatible, or otherwise you're using left handed mode or something. either use an actual vanilla pack of the weapons, or use the compatible pack in the description one of my friends made specifically for this pack.

That is, indeed how it's just animated, the charging handle is actually not moveable on the default model (yet the DEFAULT animations also pull the forward bolt assist, if none of y'all noticed)

The creator did not animate the animations, he ported them from CSS to GMod. You can ask any questions to caferev.

I dont know if its the weapon pack i used or if this is even intentional but for the M4A1 reload anim the character pulls on the forward bolt-assist instead of the charging handle

No, it shouldn't conflict, Phong and Normal maps can be added without changing the model, it's all purely textures

Tried restarting, still didn't work with the simple weapons base or the addon listed in the description.

Restart your game, perhaps? I've got multiple complaints that it doesn't work with simple weapons base, otherwise it uses its own models, which makes no sense because CS:S is already built into gmod since the new patch (that i hate) #BoycottTheCS:SPatch

Figured it was just an issue with that specific mod, but then I tried using the reanimations with the mods linked in the description, and they didn't work.

Obviously not, GMOD already has CS:S content (only models, no maps and/or props) but it is significantly lower resolution, no matter your graphics settings, but you can use a retexture mod to ignore this requirement (based on what is the actual retexture, mostly its only the guns)

Simple weapons: CSS - не поддерживается, у них свои модельки, но те же модельки, просто отдельные, а именно ванильные.

It already does? This just replaces the actual models, so it should work nonetheless, similar to TF2 maybe, you gotta preload it by going into single player first, Unless the server already has custom models or uses the default models but standalone (like, CS:S-free)

gonna be honest having the ability to read thing as a required item while having a somewhat hard to read picture is kinda funny
