BREAKING CHANGE : I think the reason why sometimes it doesn't store it is because using the user folder breaks Steam Cloud, it could be the reason why it's so messy. As a result I've changed the folder from %appdata%/Brotato/<your_steam_id>/SavingSystem to %appdata%/Brotato/SavingSystem (basically moved it from %user% to one level above). If you do the update you're not going to see your saves anymore until you move your saves to that folder. Hopefully that should solve the problem ! Sorry for the inconvenience !

After update dont work on coop mode

For me, it writes the saves into %appdata%/Brotato/<your_steam_id>/ and not in the ../SystemSave folder.
As a result the saves list is always empty.

You might have a corrupted save that kills the mod when it tries to load it, can you either share me the content of your saves folder in %appdata%/Brotato/<your_steam_id>/SystemSave so I can view what's wrong, or delete it completely so it can work again ?

The mod has been updated to work properly.
This is a mod with very good features and UI.

I was addicted to Brotato, but when the Brotato update stopped this mod from working, I was finally able to break the addiction.
But it's time to go back to those days again.

I've pushed an early update that should fixes some problems, however it seems some mods that interact with the shop are disabling the behavior of this one. I'm looking into it to know what's up, if you have no mods that are modding the shop you should be fine

I share the same issue that the mod stopped working today. I clicked too fast on the "load" button after one run, before the run history was fully loaded. The game crashed and exited. Afterwards, I clicked on play from steam library, but the sync was not finished probably. This resulted in error loading mods (interestingly, it's another mod that causes the problem). Then I exit the game and open it again. This is when the problem starts to persist: new saves don't overwrite old ones. I've tried adding and removing the mod, uninstalling and reinstalling the game but none works. Please help! Thank you!

for some reason, the mod stopped working a few days ago for me. There are still the old saved runs in the Overview, but any new run just wont get saved there. anyone else facing this issue?

Yes, as long as you have the mod installed just transfering the folder should work ! I even think Steam Cloud handle that for you, because it saves and imports the whole folder for you

Found it on the C drive! I couldn't find it in the game installation directory before. It contains the SystemSave folder, save_v2_01.json.bak, save_v2_02.json.bak, and steam_autocloud.vdf. If I want to transfer the save files to another computer to play, do I just need to copy the SystemSave folder?

The folder is not "your_steam_id", but a number that corresponds to your Steam account ID. For example, for you it might be "76561198432285323". So the path should be: %appdata%\Brotato\76561198432285323\SystemSave
