Hello, dear mod creator. Perhaps you could make them have all the coast around central africa/ where malaria prévention is necessary but don't have interior colonized so there's a bit of a colonization into interior.

Also — why would US of Africa become independent on forming? It is the US resources that helped them built this very country, I doubt the Americans would just leave all their investitions. Liberia wasn't independent until the very 1847 — why would a country with much more huge market and resources?

I really like the idea and how compatibility works (via inheriting US' laws, be it vanilla or modded ones)... but god, the implementation is so unrealistic haha (no meant to offend).

Liberia gets like half of Africa for free. But ~70% of its territories are deep inland, meaning you couldn't really explore (even more — rule) them with technologies of that time. If European powers couldn't do it, why would Liberia (even with US' support)?

I've thought of the following solution:
1. Restrict US of Africa borders to the West Africa region. Every state outside of Liberia starts incorporated. Maybe leave it with laws Liberia has on start (it's just impossible to build US level social and political institutions from scratch in such a small period).
2. As for the rest of Africa — either give claims to it, or split current borders among tribes and make them US of Africa vassals / tributaries. This will make US of Africa incorporate lands much more gradually. It's a frontier basically.

@Count Tyme why not have it so you buy the colonies over 20 years paying 1000 a week per colony you buy amounting too around 1,000,000 million

@Preston & Albert Yeah I agree. The problem is, before Liberia can form much of anything that way, the europeans will have snatched up everything. Border gore galore is the inevitable result.

It would be fun to be able to grow into this from just Liberia rather than just starting with all of Africa

A mod that boosts Liberia a little bit and gives it events to progressively unite Africa and create the US of Africa would be more inmersive.

I absolutely love this mod. It's not overpowered and allows you to counter-invade Europe before the game slows to a crawl in the 1920s.

I would perhaps chill on converting everyone to Hausa, but otherwise I love it.

This is a good mod that allows a hegemony to appear in Africa. However, could you let me know if removing the reliance on the Formable mod is possible?
