Gedryht, I've had similar issues, and I'm trying to isolate the problem. Not sure if this mod is causing it or something else - the issue's proven really hard to nail down

probably a bit of an ask but I like the idea of some MAA for the goths considering how lengthy a service they had for both the romans and other realms and I know they had a big emphasis on heavy infantry and calvary forces. Maybe some form of Huskarls or Bucellari.

@Tjod God, I wish I could do that lol. Main issue is that Gothic is one of the only really well-attested Germanic tribal languages, thanks to Wulfila translating the Bible into it. I'll def look into it though

For provinces and titles, you could use some from "When The World Stopped Making Sense" mod from CK2. It had A LOT of genuine and fictional names for provinces in the Mediterranean if your ruler was of the germanic culture group.

Lol ironically I had the same idea some days ago. I have a mod for personal use and I decided to give the vanilla Gothic culture some flavour since it uses the Visigothic namelist. I had the same idea to de-anglicise the names and add some historically plausible names. One major difference is that I'm too lazy to do dynasty names and unique court position titles lol.

Super awesome mod! The Gothi are some of the most greatest ancient germanic warriors and conquering tribes. They played a key role in the collapse of the WRE so they are the true rightful inheritors of Rome and this does them justice. Thank you.

looks cool! also would it be possible to maybe make this for vanilla? the ancestor gothic culture uses the visigothic name list (lazy paradox) so their names have iberian spellings like "Rodericho"
