i think if you use a face reskin before downloading this then the previous face reskin replaces this one's

@Davos I got one with this addon with no faces or body but you can see there mouths and eyes and thats it WTF.

I have a question, in-game, citizens wear white shirts and sometimes red ones, or even leather jackets. Know what's responsible for this reskin?
