The 'Singleplayer' mode is kinda weird, and some function doesnt work the same way as when you are playing with atleast '2 Players', so yea, never use 'Singleplayer', no reason to and a lot of your addons will not work correctly

There's a bug, I tried using the book, Nothing happened, Read the schizophrenia one many times in-game. No effect on my player character, Eventually I got bored and left.

But it need a lot of conditions, if u have no common knowledge about dev, just forget it

I understand. I have a new idea. what about some sort of neurodegenerative disease, like dementia or alzheimer's, which would cause loss of memories or maybe blackouts. I thought it'd be super interesting if you were walking around, suddenly black out, and then wake up in some random part of the map with some new injuries or lost/gained weapons in your inventory. those lost weapons could be found strewn about the map in random spots.

I've been thinking about his two illnesses.
But what I really wanted were diseases that would change the player's gameplay in some way.
If it's just about killing the player, well, I don't find that very interesting.

kinda on the nose, but how about Heart Attack? it'll just shake your screen for a few seconds, make everything blurry, play a rapid heartbeat noise, and then kill you. I'd as for it to immediately kill you, but I think it'd be right for you to have some time to actually read the description.
Another idea is Spontaneous Human Combustion. It's self explanatory

great mod, as always, but i had a question.
i noticed on the thumbnail it mentions "Writer's Block" as one of the diseases, but i didn't see it in the book. I'm not sure if it's a base branch thing (gotta love my potato pc) or a puzzle thing, or maybe if you just forgot to remove it. Either way, i'm looking forward to whatever projects you're cooking up next!
