@Myrianne I asked the same thing for the author of the Mass effect Asari species and they were successful. You could take a look at their code or ask them questions about this. Even if you don't this is still a good mod. thank you for keeping it updated.

@victoriousdread07: I'd have to look into this. I remember that in the past, putting species into existing categories involved completely overwriting those categories in a very non-compatible manner, and right now this mod does not overwrite ANY existing vanilla files. They've changed how categories work recently, so maybe, but I wouldn't put money on on it.

Would it be possible for you to move this species to the humanoid species class so we could make use of the selective kinship civic?

I'm trying to update a species mod by myself (Oceanid by Legion) but since I have no prior experience in modding Stellaris, I ended up encountering difficulties. I managed to produce something, but the portraits appear as invisible in the game.

Your mods are all perfectly functional and well organized. Would it be possible for you to give me advice ? I'd really appreciate if you could take the time to do that, as I am completely lost.

Haha. Yeah, I actually had a wildcard prompt for different clothing types but I was having trouble getting the prompt weights just right so that they'd actually come out. Eventually I just decided that I liked the "lacy dress" style that it was defaulting to and left those.

My angels have a lot more outfits. I have ideas for probably a dozen more of these things if I can keep my motivation up.

It'd be cute if there were also portraits of 3 faeries in a trenchcoat (or labcoat) pretending to be a single grown-up.

Or a faerie riding on the head of a "charmed" humanoid, like Ratatouille but less rodent.
