The underglow is for the trailer only.

I pick the color red and comfumed it and nothing happens

I drove it today and it worked fine for me. As long as you select and confirm the color in trailer configuration, It should work.

You have to select the color you want in the customize trailer. Then just turn on headlights or parking lights.
