@haldrey ITA: It's a known bug with the workshop that happens if you're subscribed to more than a certain number of addons (40 I think), not a bug specifically with this addon. Hopefully Valve will fix it soon.

@Глюкоза: Given how long Eli has been in the area around C17 it's not out of the question that he understands the language. It could also be from other people working there, one of Marc Laidlaw's ideas was that some citizens would speak in different languages but technical reasons prevented that from happening.

The paper talks about Black Mesa and Breen and it's from Half-Life Alyx, so personally I think it fits more than the real-world newspapers about terrorism that Valve used on the original texture.

Why are there signs in Russian if it's meant to be Eli's lab?
