I think the reason why Combine Soldiers & Elite sound being cut short are because both has shorter flatline sound compared to Civil Protection

for anyone that say the mod doesnt work is because when i check on GCFScape to look whats goin on, in nutshell the audio doesnt exist/corrupted. sooo yeah....
