Hello. Could i use this map as some sort of basis for my own map?

Just extract the map from the addon, decompile it and add AI nodes, but tbh ai nodes are poopie and you should just do the first step and build a nav mesh, repackage it and reupload it.

if this map had more downloads & I can use hammer to add ai nodes myself. however its a shame slopes & stairs break custom npcs :'( (& you're too kind)

It's a catch-22, how do you get a not ♥♥♥♥ map popular enough that everybody uses it... if nobody uses it before it's popular?
