but I do have a plan for M16A3 for default m16 and sg552 cuz this variant shoots full auto

prolly don't cuz I can see a massive numbers of M16A2 mods out there both for default m16 and scar so I have zero interests in making it

Excellent design choice putting a red dot sight on.
Always thought MP5SDs and MP5s with a silencer looked somewhat flat without a red dot sight or a scope.
