TL;DR Bill model in an a pose and idk why. Maybe it's specifically only for players who are using it but whenever bill is doing something (e.g moving, shooting) he's in an a-pose. But when he's idle (or healing) he's in his normal animation. I have no other Bill mods installed that could conflict with it. So is this a programming problem? Or a mod problem?
