god bless, the game is insane wtih everyone having 100 positive opinion of each other. at least in base ck3 it makes sense with there still being conflict between seperate realms. ♥♥♥♥♥ too utopian

File comparing act up sometimes when blocks of code in-between are missing or got re-arranged in the original.
Right now I can just compare two files, see that only difference between them is my additions and move on or apply new changes from agot mod with one click.

With changes you propose I'd have to either manually look through all of the traits or hope that traits order won't change and visual studio will pick up correctly what parts of 18000 line file align with a 10000 line file so I can look through it faster.

Increased compatibility doesn't always worth the bother. Agot devs themselves overwrite those files even tho they could have created a separate one with their changes. It's just simpler the other way.

Not really? You're modifiering 1 small part of 00_defines, yet you overwrite the entire file, meaning any other mod that changes parts of 00_defines get broken by yours.

Why not make a file called mayham_defines that only includes what you change.

Furthermore, you have to recopy over 00_defines every AGOT patch, because they might change something in there, that you have to make sure is included.

Same goes for traits etc.

It's easier to do and to maintain new game & agot versions this way for overwriting stuff imo.

Just compare & merge affected files when you need a compatch for anything and you good to go.

The way the coding is set up in this mod, it breaks a lot of compatibility, and I cant understand why.

Please rename your files and don't just copy over from paradox / AGOT

great addition for female rulers. idk why its base -10. makes it seem like being a female queen or lord was easy

Underrated mod, these opinion changes should be implemented in AGOT if not vanilla CK3.
Schenk  [author] Mar 15 @ 10:50am
Should be fixed now.

Traits file is the hardest to work with because it's so damn huge and opinion modifiers are spread throughout. Will take a look at it now.

Currently looks like this causes issues with the new commander traits in 1.15
