Apologies for the double comment, but I fixed it upon realising it was broken from a modded dll file from a different mod.. but it was breaking it anyway, so I replaced it with the proper file. All is good. The mod looks great!

@N8endo Yes. I tried restarting it and seeing if that might fix it, or if the mod hadn't finished installing. Everything looks fine in that area. But strangely, upon trying other Halo 3 mods- and it's only Halo3, it seems to prompt this each time. I was worried it was this mod specifically, at first so it means this isn't broken at least. Now i'm unsure what's going on.

Tried to play this mod, and It's stuck on a screen saying 'hold (right click) to activate." I have both H3 campaign and multiplayer installed. Am I missing something? It doesn't seem to start when I do what's prompted.

I do plan to update this mod eventually with improvements to the brutes and other covenant species. I'm currently taking a break and playing the Witcher 3, though :)

@RememberReach6 Those are all cool ideas, but I think they're beyond the scope of this mod. This mod is mainly a showcase of the Covenant and Chief models that Jordan and I have worked on plus some fixes and quality of life improvements. I'd be interested to see your suggested changes in a mod that overhauls the campaign more. There will be an update to this mod relatively soon, though, as I've further overhauled the brutes and Jordan and I are finishing up work on version 2 of all the other covenant species.

Alright nice! So I was wondering if for example if certain H:I weapons could be added for the brutes to help them stand out more, while also perhaps improving Marine and ODST AI, so that they use cover more often, use equipment, etc. ODST's could perhaps also pickup and swap weapons and have different equipment and a custom Flood form? Like with their actual armor not just the reskined combat form that currently exists. Also I think it'd be cool if some other unique characters showed up on certain missions, like for example maybe Buck could appear in Crows Nest or the Storm, maybe Jun could show up in the Ark or the Covenant, yk just stuff like that. Also maybe some extra flood stuff as well.

Unfortunately, there are no mod tools for CEA, so we can't replace models in it. The ability to mod the anniversary graphics would be really awesome!

@Chicken Suds Glad you're enjoying the mod! The Master Chief model is by Marcus Lehto, ported to H3 by Jordan Spartain and me. The brutes are by me. The elites, grunts, jackals, and hunters are made by Jordan Spartain and I helped port them and make shaders.

I love The Arbiters golden armour look and you've removed what was my biggest bugbear in Halo 3, Cortanna interrupting play.

It's far better that way because it feels kinda creepy having that disembodied voice in your head as you crawl through the wreckage of High Charity, it actually adds to the atmosphere rather than being a massive annoyance.

I've notice other models changed too like the hunters, are they the ones from Infinite?

Is this only playable through modding MCC from Nexus or can I just subscribe and play, cause when I click on Halo 3 in campaign it doesn't show an option to pick the modded campaign like it does with Halo CE and 2 modded campaigns.

@boyjedi To make Halo mods, you need to download the Halo modding tools from Steam. This will include the tags for building the campaign. Then you copy the modded tags into your tags folder. Then you use the modding tools to build the campaign from the tags. Unfortunately, adding individual mods to Halo is not as simple as it is for many games.

It appears you can just supercombine Chieftains, I remember needlers not doing that in h3, bouncing off of Chieftain armor.

@Combine117 Yes. I think one of them is a stealth elite. The other might be Rtas. I can't remember for sure. Also, I know that it being Rtas doesn't make sense with the story. It's just for fun. This campaign is mostly a showcase for the tags. Hopefully others will download the tags and make their own campaigns with them.

Hmm, why not use the Stealth Elite model for Rtas? To differentiate him a little bit, and I guess light blue is the closest to white.

@Ryjaki Thanks! Jordan and I worked very hard on the Covenant. Glad you liked them! The Cortana model should be working correctly. I'm using the vanilla shaders with the updated model. So she's not purple. Her color is vanilla, but her model is a little higher quality and little better looking.

Great compilation, just finished playing through the entire campaign with it. I was a little iffy on the CE Covenant but they look much better in game compared to screenshots. I didn't notice Cortana using the modded model however, it looked vanilla to me. Maybe check to see if it was implemented correctly?

@Mookieee It's because I hate the flare. I don't like it when my screen becomes super bright,especially when my room is dark. And it's completely useless for the player to use as well. Nothing more complicated than that :D

Just curious why was the 'Change Brute AI to make them never use or drop flare equipment' was made? it just seems weird to me that they wouldn't use equipment they have on standby, lore reason or only elites use flares for balancing?
