Anyway to disable the spread of Maw Spores temporarily? as a Cataclysm, it started overtaking the galaxy and my economy couldn't keep up then I kinda just had to sit there while the spores spread more and more and crashed my economy.

could you make it so the spores from the maw spawn starbases in unclaimed territory because if theres a gap in space between you and a person you have to manually build starbases to them for spores to spread

Can't wait for that fix, flesh worlds also destroy planet features so if a progen hive makes one on the homeworld... there goes your progenitor, wich is less than ideal

Can you add an option to build offspring nests on flesh worlds? Progenitor hive can't build them on flesh worlds for some reason and they get a -50% menial drone output debuff on fleshworlds and biomechanical worlds.

@Amadeus The bases will attack any hostile enemy and conquer/destroy starbases. Once the base is gone, a new spore spreads to the next system automatically.

How does the Xenomorph Flood crisis work in the final stage? I see the spores spread every 3 months but it seems like they're not going into other empires. What is the end goal specifically?

Cont: default state meaning it tries to set me back to a continental world. This fails as it tries to mesh the districts between both planets (i think). So I end up with a planet that has no buildings or districts, possibly barring city districts in some cases.

I'm asking because i'm encountering an issue where I try to start on a biomechanical world, but something in my modlist is force-resetting my planet back to a default state. I do not. I have A LOT of civic mods, origin mods and trait mods, but none of the extra ethics extensions that're floating around.
ALSO! I just downloaded your dark space and it's as someone who spends probably as much time in the empire creation screen as I do actually playing it's a GOLDMINE. Can't wait to try out the nomads and all of the other stuff.
I'm gonna try out the galactic plague to see if some of the problems I saw with galactic scourge carry over or not. But so far I'm having a blast just making cool builds for civs.

Do you use other mods, which change your ethics/authority from typical Vanilla ones?

Really like this mod so far. However, I will say that galactic scourge origin seems really cool, but with a pretty major flaw. I love the flavor of the hivemind integrating itself into the planets it populates.
HOWEVER. And I don't know whether this is caused by other mods, by design or an oversight, but I don't have access to any standard-version of housing buildings or amenity-producing buildings.
Feels pretty awkward to try and balance the housing and amenity using only districts, and if this is the intention to nerf the origin, I'd much rather simply have less benefits from the planet. Maybe less inherent building slots or something.
If this isn't at all how the mod is supposed to work and is only the result of some incompatibility then I apologize in advance.

I mainly asked because so far the leviathans I've received from sacrificing a whole planet seem kind of..Small, and appear to basically have no real stats at all.

Leviathan do not grow, it has nothing to do with the space monsters because the word simply means a large creature or similar - and thats what the trait does. However, since more players ask I decided to change them a bit once I have time.

bug report: flesh worlds dont have offspring nests, this kinda makes them awkward for a progenitor hives since you cant get rid of the debuff

I had a similair issue, though on my end while they could land on planets just fine, the leviathans also never grew and were functionally useless for the whole game. May just be that I missed something though.

I'm confused about the Leviathans civic. When I land my leviathans on a planet, they just disappear and the planet doesn't get anything. Bugged? Am I missing something?
